Ingredients for Hamburger Meat

- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 White Onion
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- The Juice of One Lime
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Cumin/Coriander Powder (Comino)
- 3 to 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 Dash of Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Season Salt

Place ground beef into a non-stick skillet and set the heat to Med-High. Roughly chop Onion and place into skillet with ground beef. Finely chop garlic and place into skillet with ground beef. Allow the ground beef to cook for about 10 minutes or until browning and pink on inside. Juice the Lime and add to skillet, lowering heat to Med. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, chili powder, cayenne powder, and season salt, and stir into ground beef. Make sure ground beef is breaking up nicely and that no large chunks are present. Allow to cook until completely browned and onions are translucent. Turn off heat and allow ground beef to settle.

Shhh... The Secret Weapon!
(This was crafted and invented by Yours Truly.)

Ingredients for "Picomole" (Pronounced pee-coh-MOH-leh)
- 3 Medium Avocados
- 1 Medium Lime
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Purple or White Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1 to 2 Jalapeno Peppers (More if you like Spicy)
- 1/2 teaspoon of table salt

First, grab a medium bowl (avoid metal ones), and juice the lime into the bowl. Next, chop the avocados into bite-sized cubes and place in bowl with lime juice. Cube the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl. Finely chop onion, garlic, jalapeno(s) (Note: Remove any seeds first) and cilantro and add to bowl. Add salt. Gently stir together, being careful not to bruise the avocado (Side Note: The lime juice will prevent the avocado from turning brown.)

The Finale!
Grab all your family and friends and pass out plates. Begin by stacking chips in a ring around the plate leaving an opening. Next stack lettuce, ground beef, cheese, Picomole, tomatoes, black olives, and onion to build your salad. Now dig in and enjoy!
